Join Visitor Guide Dr. Steve Owens to learn about some of the geologic structures and geologic history of Nevada, including some fossil descriptions and an overview of Nevada’s State Fossil. You’ll also have the opportunity to take an optional short hike to view some in situ fossils on the California Trail Center grounds.
